Thank you Roland. This worked for me. The Microsoft reply was not at all helpful. They have a "helpful button and a solved my problem button" to vote on, they should also have a "not helpful" button like their competitors do so they know whether it is useful or not or helpful or not, rather than just trying to look good. They need to know for quality reasons, even if they don't make the results viewable to the public. The customer and all of us just want to be able to edit and customize keyboard shortcuts.

I have searched extensively for this and every article that claims you can do it just tells you what the shortcuts are and doesn't say anything about changing them. Shortcuts are something you put on the desktop and open an application.
