Going underground vista

Building an underground parking structure is an exciting solution, which is not without its challenges. The Gedney Street location for TZ Vista is on the environmentally sensitive Hudson River and the garage will be placed on a former brownfield site that has been mostly remediated.

This photograph, taken during the remediation, shows partially exposed rock ledge, and slopes of bank run on the west and north sides of the upper terrace.
