I have a Toshiba Satellite CD-S laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium, and for some reason, multitouch gestures are not enabled anymore, like they were when I purchased it.

Step 2: Expand Mice and other pointing devices. Right-click on your touchpad driver and select Update driver from the menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver online. Restart pc after updating the driver.
